3 cans of beer
1 jar jalapeno slices
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
10 pounds of tenderized skirt steak

Flour or corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour over steak. Marinate for 24 hours.

Cook over hot coals or pan fry. Slice thinly across the grain and serve with corn or flour tortillas. Top with your favorites,

grated cheese, guacamole, onions, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
