I cup milk
1cup flour
salt

Makes 6 - double for 12

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl beat eggs - add milk

In separate bowl add flour and salt - Form a hole in the centre of dry ingredients
Pour liquid ingredients in hole
Use electric mixer until smooth

Pre-heat oil in muffin tins at 450º for 2 min
Pour mixture into tins - cook at 450º for 10 min - Turn down to 300º for 20 more minutes
