1 stick margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soda
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 cups plain flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well; add eggs, one at a time, beat after each egg. Add soda, flour and bananas alternating.

Add nuts. Grease loaf pan. Cook one hour at 275º or until brown.
