30 Graham Crackers
cup (1 stick) butter
1- 3 oz package of lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 ⅓ cup sugar divided
1 stp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk - well chilled

Blend together crused graham crackers, ⅓ cup sugar and butter. Reserve some of this mixture for garnish. Press crumbs into the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 inch pan and chill.

Combined gelatin with boiling water and lemon juice, let cool until mixture starts to gel.

While gelatin mixture is cooling, cream together 1 cup of sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Combine this mixture with the lemon gelatin mixture after it has cooled.

Beat chilled milk until stiff. Fold the chilled milk into mixture, then pour into crust. Chill and serve.
