1 large clove of garlic
8 oz cream cheese
2 oz blue cheese or Roquefort cheese
¾ can/jar Old English Cheese
½ pound American Cheese

Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Ground the first two cheeses, then add the minced or pressed garlic. Add the rest of the cheeses. Mix thoroughly with hands into a ball.

Sprinkle chili powder on wax paper and roll the cheese ball in the chili powder until covered.

Chill, then slice & serve with crackers.
