4 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
3 cup spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese slices
6 T. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a 13x9 baking dish with 1-1/2 spaghetti sauce. In a plastic bag add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Cut away fat and veins from chicken. Cut into 8 pieces. Preheat oven to 325*. Preheat frying pan with 2 T. margarine. Add chicken to egg then put on a plate. Shake 2 or 3 pieces at a time in bread crumb mixture. Brown both sides in frying pan adding margarine when needed. Add chicken to baking dish. Repeat until all chicken is in dish. Pour rest of sauce over chicken. Cover dish and bake 35 minutes. Add mozzarella cheese then cover for 5 minutes and serve.
