1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 tsp. salt
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup cup milk
1/2 cup flour
4 cups cooking oil

Cut chicken into 1" strips. Mix bread crumbs, oregano, basil, salt, chili powder, paprika, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Beat eggs into milk. Place the flour in a small bowl. Preheat oil to 375*. Dust the chicken strips with flour then dip them into egg mixture. Next dredge through the bread crumbs. Fry the strips in oil for 10 minutes. Place fried strips on paper towels to absorb oil.
