1-1/4lbs ground beef
1 egg
2 T. chopped onion
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. and 1/4 cup of ketchup
2 T. half-n-half or milk
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix ground meat, egg, onion, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup, milk and cornstarch. Shape into patties. In bowl mix 1/2 cup ketchup, water, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to make Snappy Basting Sauce. Grill patties for 15 minutes or until done, basting with the Snappy Basting Sauce.
