1 large rack of ribs "Dreamland Style" pork or beef
cup Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp chili powder
1 cup melted honey
1 cup lemon juice
4 tbsp salt
4 tbsp pepper
2 cups red wine
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups apple cider vinegar
64 ounces apple juice
5 cups water

1. Mix ingredients in a container large enough to hold the ribs.
2. Pull the thin membrane off the back of the ribs.
3. Brine the ribs in the mixture a minimum of 6 hours.
4. Turn grill on high and place ribs on heat.
5. After 5-10 minutes, dip ribs in mixture and return to heat. Continue this process until ribs are between 180 and 195.
