2 cups confectioner's sugar
stick butter, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix ingredients together.

You may need just a tiny bit more milk to get this to spreading consistency.

You can color frosting with food colors.


Peanut Butter Frosting: substitute cup peanut butter for stick butter, and 4 Tbsp. milk instead of 2 Tbsp.

A little goes a long way. A simple way to decorate cookies is to put the frosting in a sandwich bag, then snip off one corner and squeeze the frosting out.
