5 lbs Muscles

1 TBSP Olive Oil
1TBSP Butter
1/2 Cup chopped onion
(Sauté till fragrant)
Add 3 Garlic Cloves, minced (Stirfry 1 minute)
Add: 3/4 Cup White Wine
Parsley and Red Pepper Flakes to taste

When boiling add muscles and turn down heat to medium for 5-10 min. With lid on. Check till the shells open up.
