Refrigerator Breakfast Muffins Recipe

1 c butter or oleo
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 c molasses
1 c sour milk
4 c flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
tsp ginger
tsp allspice
1 c raisins
1 c nuts

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and molasses mix well.
4. In small bowl mix flour and spices together.
5. In another bowl mix together milk and soda.
6. Add milk and flour mixture alternately to the egg mixture.
7. Mix well then add raisins and nuts.
8. Bake in muffin tin 15 to 18 minutes. Bake only amount needed.

Keep unbaked batter sealed in a Tupperware in refrigerator.
