Ingredients:  
FIRST LAYER: 1 C. flour, 1 square butter, 1/2 C. chopped almonds. Mix together like pie crust and press in bottom of 9X13 dish or Tupperware container.
SECOND LAYER: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 C. powdered sugar, 1 C. Cool Whip---Beat together until smooth. Spread on first layer while still warm.

THIRD LAYER: 2 small pkg. instant pudding, 3 C. milk (I use French Vanilla)...Beat until smooth and pour on layers and chill.
FORTH LAYER: Spread Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle the saved topping from layer #1 on the top.
