Cut up chicken breast (like chicken tender size)
1 beaten egg
Garlic salt
Cornstarch

Rub chicken with garlic salt. Dip in beaten egg and roll in cornstarch. Brown in pan with a little oil. When browned, place in baking dish or crockpot and pour sauce over top.

1 C. brown sugar ½ C. vinegar
2 t. mustard ½ C. ketchup
2 t. worchestershire sauce
Mix in pan and bring to a boil to dissolve everything then pour over the chicken strips.
Bake in 350 oven for 1 hr. or crockpot through church. Serve over rice or plain.
