1 head of each:
Green leaf lettuce
Red leaf lettuce
Iceberg
1 to 2 C. grilled chicken ½ lb. Cooked crumbled bacon
1 ripe tomato 1 lg. Cucumber
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Dressing: Combine all these ingredients in blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
½ C red wine vinegar 1 C sugar
1 C. oil ¼ C red onion
1 Tbs. Dry mustard 1 tsp. Salt

Directions:

Wash and break lettuces into bite sized pieces, cut tomato and cucumber and add to lettuces. Add diced grilled chicken and bacon bits. Just before serving pour on dressing. Mix and coat. Grate mozzarella on top. Toss and serve.
