1 med. Head cauliflower
¼ C. water
Put in 1 ½ quart glass dish. Cover with lid and microwave 9 minutes on high and drain.
Combine in bowl:
½ C. mayonnaise 1 tsp. Finely chopped onions or flakes
1 tsp. Prepared mustard ¼ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon on top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with ½ C. shredded cheese. Microwave 1 ½ to 2 minutes to heat topping and melt cheese. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
