Ingredients:
3 eggs

1/4 cup of milk

1 tsp of sugar

1/2 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of butter, coconut or vegetable, or vegan butter

6 slices of bread

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Heat the butter or oil(s) on a non-stick griddle or a large frying pan. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, gently pressing and flipping so that both side are fully coated and the bread has absorbed some mixture. Place the egg-soaked bread onto the griddle or pan. I advise working in batches if you can not fit all of your bread at once. Cook the French Toast until it is golden brown on one side for about two minutes and then flip to the other side. Serve with syrup, or fresh fruit.
