4 Chicken breast
Combine C. sugar 1/3 C. soy sauce 1-tsp. Sesame oil and pour over chicken breasts and bake 45 minutes.

Salad:
Shred 1 head of lettuce into salad bowl and 1 cucumber finely sliced
2 stocks green onion chopped
Add 2 C. cooked chicken shredded
Slivered almond and sesame seed optional
Maifun a rice noodle or rice sticks.
