2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 cup jasmine rice

Directions:
Directions:

Heat medium-sized pot to medium heat on stove top. Add oil and onion and cook until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes and increase heat until water boils.

Use spoon to break up bouillon cubes. Add turmeric, curry powder, and rice and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low simmer, cover, and cook 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.
