5 whole Roma tomatoes
whole large onion
2 whole jalapenos
Lots of cilantro
Lime juice
Salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop jalapenos, tomatoes and onions into very small chunks. (Leave seeds in jalapenos for a hotter pico).
2. Chop up a nice-sized bunch of cilantro. Remove and discard the long leafless stems before chopping.
3. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and give it a good stir.
4. Squeeze the juice of half of one line into the bowl.
5. Add salt to taste and stir again.
