Ingredients:  
7 eggs / divided
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Flour
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp. maple flavouring
3 tsp. baking powder
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs whites
Slowly add 3/4 cup of white sugar

In mixing bowl add flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, oil, water, egg yolks and maple flavouring
Mix just until all together

Slowly fold into whipped egg whites

Bake at 325 for 60 min in Chiffon cake pan

ICING:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup milk
Cream butter in mixer, add icing sugar and cold milk, beat. Then slowly add 2 tbsp. of boiling water
