1 Med. Onion (chopped fine)
1 28 oz Tin Diced Tomatoes
1 Box Beef Broth
1 Tin Tomato Soup
4 Carrots (chopped fine)
3 Stalks Celery (chopped fine)
Pepper To Taste
8 TBSP Barley

1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a large soup pot
2. Add all other ingredients
3. Simmer covered at least 2 hours or all day
