Meatloaf:
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
tsp chili powder
Dash of pepper
c finely chopped onion
c milk
1 c quick oats
1 lbs ground beef

Topping (optional):
4 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all meatloaf ingredients together except the ground beef.
3. Add the ground beef and mix thoroughly.
4. Shape into a loaf in shallow pan.
5. Bake for an hour.

If desired, make topping for meatloaf by combining ketchup with brown sugar. If using topping, only bake loaf for 45 minutes. Then spread topping on and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
