1 lb dried rigatoni
4 c heavy cream
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 c (8 oz) fresh goat cheese
2 c roasted chicken, shredded
Black pepper
Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
2. While water is coming to a boil, put the cream, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large sauce pan over high heat.
3. Bring just to a simmer to reduce by half.
4. Add the chicken to the cream and bring back to a simmer.
5. Continue cooking until it coats the back of a spoon, about 30 minutes.
6. Add the rigatoni to the boiling water and cook it until firm when bitten, about 10 minutes.
7. Drain pasta from the water and add to the sauce.
8. Add goat cheese to pot.
9. Toss the pasta to combine it with the sauce and bring it back to a simmer to melt cheese.
10. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
