3 c cooked rice
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c half-and-half cream
½ c chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
3. Transfer to a greased 1½ qt baking dish.
4. Cover and bake for 25-35 minutes or until heated through.
