Ingredients:  
2 cans garbanzo beans
1 can whole tomatoes
6 to 8 white potatoes, cut to bite size
1 green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 Ib bacon, cut in bit size pieces, cooked and drained
2 c chopped ham
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp sweet basil
to Tbsp chili pepper
2 to 3 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Add everything in a pot.
2. Simmer in large pot 4 to 5 hours. The longer the better. The longer it simmers the more liquid it will produce. You may add 1 can of water if you wish.
