Ingredients:  
1-2 green zucchini
1-3 yellow squash
1 small onion
1 can Rotel
˝ c shredded cheese
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice thinly and wash zucchini, squash and onion.
2. Place into skillet with oil. Add rotel, garlic salt and pepper.
3. Sauté on medium high until veggies are soft.
4. Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese over top.
