Sirloin steak (or any kind of steak will work as well)
Garlic salt
Pepper
Southwest seasoning or packet of taco seasoning
1 c salsa verde
Directions:
Directions:
1. Season steak well to liking and cook until medium well.
2. Remove from pan and chop into small pieces.
3. Place steak back into pan on medium low and add salsa verde.
4. Mix well and let simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and serve with corn tortillas, cilantro, queso fresco and pico de Gallo.
