2 c cooked rice
1 (10 oz) frozen broccoli, chopped and partially thawed
2 eggs beaten
c oil
1 c milk
lb Velveeta cheese, diced
tsp salt
tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Place mixture in a rectangular quart casserole dish.
4. Bake uncovered for one hour.
