Ingredients:  
2 lbs. fresh cod cubed
5 medium potatoes cubed
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
10 whole green olives
1 tsp. capers
3 tbsp. virgin olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Bake casserole 30-40 minutes in 380 oven.

Before serving squeeze juice of 1 lemon and garnish with parsley.
