1-2 lbs of snapper or sole
5 tbsp. butter
½ cup dry white wine
½ lbs. mushrooms sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper fish and place in buttered baking dish.
Pour ½ of the wine over fish.
Bake in pre-heated over at 350 for 25 minutes.
Baste with remainder of wine.
Dot fish with 2 tbsp. butter.
Brown under broiler 4 inches from heat 3 minutes.
Reserve liquid.Saute mushrooms in 1 tbsp. butter.
Sprinkle with lemon. Transfer to dish with fish.
Blend flour and 2 tbsp. butter and add to pan liquid.
Boil 2 minutes and spoon over fish.
