Chicken Breast
Cornstarch
Oil
2 eggs
½ c milk
5 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c hot water
¼ c cornstarch
5 Tbsp oyster flavored sauce
Green onions, chopped
Cashews
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut boneless, skinless, chicken breast into 1 inch cubes.
2. Roll chicken in cornstarch; let set on a plate for 10 minutes.
3. Dip into a mixture of egg and milk.
4. Roll in cornstarch a second time.
5. Let set a couple of minutes. Fry in hot oil until done.

Sauce:
1. Boil water and dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
2. Take off heat and let cool.
3. When lukewarm, add cornstarch and oyster sauce.
4. Put on stove at medium heat. Cook until thickened. Stir consistently.
5. Place chicken over a bed of rice and pour oyster sauce over it.
6. Sprinkle with cashews and green onions.
