1 pound corkscrew pasta, cooked & chilled
Fresh basil, chopped

4 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
4-8 oz black olives, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together.

As this sits the tomatoes will juice to moisten the pasta.
I chopped the veges small enough to be captured in the corkscrews. I like each bite to include all flavors.
Measurements vary according to the "colorfulness" of the dish.
