1 c flour
1 stick butter
1 c powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ lg carton of Cool Whip
1 pkg chocolate pudding
1 pkg vanilla pudding
Nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Crumble together the butter and flour.
3. Press in a 9x13 baking dish.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Let cool.
6. Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and cool whip and pour over first layer.
7. Prepare the 2 packages of pudding, according to directions.
8. Pour over second layer.
9. When set, spread remaining Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts, if you'd like.
