4 eggs
⅔ c sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 c milk
⅔ c evaporated milk
1 pie shell, unbaked
Nutmeg to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend well and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
5. For 15 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to 350º for 20 minutes.

Pie is done when knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
