1 lbs chicken, cooked and chopped
2 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
almonds, chopped
⅔ c mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, & sugar to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve on bread, croissants, or in a wrap with lettuce.
