1 lb chicken breast
2 cans artichokes (quartered); not marinated
4 oz. mushrooms
2 quarts chicken stock
2 cups white wine
cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dice up chicken, then flour. Brown chicken in pot in butter. Add mushrooms; cook until tender. Add artichokes, chicken stock, wine and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Lightly thicken with corn starch and water. Salt and pepper to taste.
