3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
tsp salt
cup shortening
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup bananas
1 cup sour milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, sour milk and mashed banana. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until blended together. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes in greased and floured 13x9x2 oblong pan.

Note: for sour milk use 1 cup regular milk and 1 tbsp. white vinegar.
