2 - 3 tbsp butter
1 lb stew beef cut in 1 inch pieces
1 onion chopped
2 - 3 carrots cut in 1/2 inch coins
2 stalks celery diced
1 or 2 cloves garlic smashed
1/2 cup turnip diced (optional)
1 - 2 potatoes cut in 1/2 inch pieces
6 cups beef or chicken stock
2/3 cup pearl barley
1/2 cup red wine
1 tsp worcestershire
2 tbsp fish sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbs parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
bay leaf optional

Saute onion to soft. Saute beef to brown. Add garlic clove and all other ingredients to pot. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes then natural pressure release..
