1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs room temperature
3 medium bananas mashed
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup walnuts, optional or choice nuts
4 oz chocolate chips
4 oz toffee chips

Mix together butter, sugar and eggs. Beat on high until light and creamy, scraping sides of bowl. Add mashed bananas and mix to combine. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in walnuts. 1 1/2 cups of water in pressure cooker. Fill bundt pan with batter. place on a trivet. Cover with foil and cook on high for 55 - 60 minutes.
or 350F oven Bake in loaf pan 60 - 70 minutes.
