1 large (16 oz) package miniature marshmallows
1 large (8 oz) Hershey bar
1 large (12 oz) package chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts
(put in large bowl; set aside)

In a large saucepan put:
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 tall can milk
Boil 6 minutes only (hard boil)

Directions:

Pour sauce over first four ingredients and beat. Add 2 tsp vanilla. Pour in 9x13 pan or drop by teaspoon quickly onto wax paper.
