Meatballs:
2 lbs lean ground beef
Italian bread crumbs (by sight)
2 eggs
milk (by sight)
garlic and onion salts (to taste)
chunk pineapple (optional)

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp ground ginger
garlic salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients (except pineapple chunks) until well blended. Scoop out onto cookie sheet with small ice cream scoop. Push pineapple chunks into center of meatball (if desired). Bake in 325 degree oven.

In saucepan combine brown sugar, corn starch and ground ginger. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Dip meatballs in sauce, place in oven 'til sauce is glossy. Serve hot.
