4 catfish filets
salt
pepper
½ cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon butter, melted
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup pecans, toasted & ground
non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475 F.
2. Rinse filets, pat dry and place, rounded side up, on a greased baking sheet.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brush each fillet with mustard.
4. Combine bread crumbs, pecans and melted butter. Spread pecan mixture over filets, pressing firmly. Spray each fillet with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Bank 13 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and top surface is golden brown.
