1 1/2 cups rice
olive oil
2 cans French onion soup
1 can water
6-10 mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Add olive oil to large pan on stove at medium heat. (Just enough oil to coat bottom of pan). Add rice to pan and fry for 1-2 minutes, or until rice appears clear.

Add 2 cans of French Onion soup to rice and 1 can of water. Add 6-10 sliced mushrooms. Bring to boil then cover and simmer over low heat until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
