(2) 12.5 oz canned white chicken breast
1 c. pineapple tidbits (well-trained)
¾ c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
½ c. pecans
salt and pepper to taste

Whatever kind of bread you like to put it on or eat it without putting it on bread. I like to put mine on croissants!
