½ c brown sugar
½ c Italian dressing
¼ c pineapple (or any fruit) juice
3 Tbsp soy sauce
6 bone-in pork chops or chicken or beef steaks (approx 1½ lbs)
1 can of pineapple rings

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar, dressing, fruit juice, and soy sauce in a bowl.
2. Pour 1 cup of marinade mixture in large resealable bag. Add in the meat.
3. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 8 or more hours.
4. Refrigerate the remaining marinade for basting the meat and pineapple while grilling.
5. Grill meat on medium heat about 8-10 minutes per side.
6. Baste pineapple rings and meat and grill for an additional 5-8 minutes or until done.
7. Place a pineapple on each pork chop and serve.
