2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice), undrained
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Chopped pecans, optional

Icing:
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
¾ c granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all ingredients by hand in a bowl.
3. Pour into grease 9x13 pan.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Mix icing ingredients in a separate bowl with a mixer.
6. Spread icing on top of baked cake. Good warm or cold overnight in the refrigerator.
