1 12 oz. pkg. vermicelli pasta
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
8 ribs celery, chopped
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, julienned
1 med. jar green stuffed olives, drained and chopped
1 can pitted black olives, drained and chopped
plenty of fresh garlic, crushed
good olive oil
McCormick Season All
coarse ground black pepper

Break up pasta, cook 5 minutes. Drain and rise with cold water. Chop bell pepper and celery in food processor. Drain and squeeze any moisture out. After pasta is well drained, use enough olive oil to coat pasta well. Season with seasoned salt, pepper, and crushed garlic to taste. Add other ingredietns and mix. Serve cold or at room temp. Sprinkle freshly grated Romano cheese on top. Boiled shrimp may be added to serve as a luncheon dish.
