Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1(1.25 oz.) Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1c. Ranch or ½c. Mayonnaise
2c. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
24 Dinner Rolls, split (I usually use 2 pkgs King Hawaiian Rolls)
1c. Real Bacon Bits (optional)

Cooking Spray (Pam)
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 350°.
2. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
3. Mix together the ground beef in the onion soup mix in a large skillet: cook and stir over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drained and discard excess grease. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
4. In a large bowl, stir the ranch dressing (or mayonnaise) and the cheddar cheese into the beef mixture. If you add the cheese and the ranch/mayonnaise before the beef is cool enough it will become to oily.
5. Lay the bottoms of the dinner rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the beef mixture on the bottom half of each row. Replace the tops. Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Bake until the burgers are heated through and cheese melts, about 20 minutes. Preach oven 350 cover and bake it.
