Ham Hock

Frozen baby butterbeans
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, cook the ham hock in the water until done. Remove the meat and set aside. (You can then slice the ham from that and make a few ham biscuits).

Add the butter beans to the ham juice water. Add salt & pepper. Cook uncovered on low until done. Make sure the water doesn't cook out of the pan. Don't cook in advance as they will get mushy when heated back up.
